Floor Cleaning

Initial Assessment:

• Conduct a detailed on-site assessment of the office space to comprehensively determine cleaning requirements, areas of focus, and any specific client preferences or concerns for optimal service delivery.
• Gather information regarding the size of the office, layout, high-traffic areas, and any specialized cleaning needs.

Customized Cleaning Plan:

• Develop a customized cleaning plan based on the assessment findings and client specifications.
• Outline the frequency of cleaning visits (e.g., daily, weekly, bi-weekly) and the scope of services to be provided during each visit.
• Tailor the cleaning plan to address specific areas such as cubicles, common areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces.

Cleaning Services:

Solicit feedback from clients to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate the client's preferences and minimize disruption to their business operations. Coordinate cleaning visits during off-peak hours or after-hours to avoid interference with regular office activities.

• Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, tables, shelves, and other furniture.
• Vacuuming and mopping floors to remove dust, dirt, and debris.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.

Disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and elevator buttons. Emptying trash bins and replacing liners as needed. Spot cleaning windows, glass partitions, and other transparent surfaces. Restocking restroom and kitchen supplies (e.g., toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels). Specialized cleaning tasks as requested by the client.
